Wellness and health promotion programs include nutrition, well baby, breast-feeding, and parenting classes. Screening and disease management programs are offered for the community health risks of diabetes, asthma and hypertension.

The Heartland Community Health Clinic is ready to serve the community with a focus on the uninsured and anyone in need of health services. Medicaid, Medicare and many forms of commercial insurance are accepted.
